HomeGain Offers Blogs to its Agents

Tonight, HomeGain began offering blogs to its agents.

The blogs are linked directly to HomeGain.com and the Homegain blog.

Here is the blog post announcing the new HomeGain Agent Blogging Network

Question of the Day

Does Active Rain have a polling function to ask questions of the day?

The question I have today is

What is more useful for business - Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, none of the above.

HomeGain on Active Rain

Bob Stewart invited me.

Fellow HomeGain bloggers Brian Brady, Linda Davis and Mary Mcknight also hang their hats here.

I know Max the HomeGain gorilla has been here since February and has found it quite hospitable. http://blog.homegain.com/max-visits-activerain-no-umbrella

So here I am. Bob thanks for the invite.

I'll use this space not to talk about HomeGain, unless asked or its relevant to the discussion, but would prefer that HomeGain related topics be addressed on the HomeGain blog. Http://blog.homegain.com

I'll also try to figure out the point system, html, localism and what real estate agents are saying.

The first thing I would like to know is in today's market what are the top impediments to getting a deal closed.

-no customers/leads?

-customers unrealistic expectations?

-too much competition (too many sellers not enough buyers)?

-prices still too high?

-difficulties in dealing with bank owned properties?

-inability of customer to get financing?
